The Light

This is a portrait of a lovely italien lady I am aquainted with, who had such an interested face, I really wanted to capture it. I used her as my model for this piece, to show the Litrugical candle as the light of God through his Son. I also wanted to capture a little of the lady's style in this image as well, with a shiny victorian dress made of not-so-usual materials. :)
