Frosted Wings

About the photo:  I captured this busy bee in my very own back yard.  It's amazing how much life of all sizes can coexist along side of us, and live just footsteps away from where we do.  I thoroughly enjoy capturing the small and invisible so-called "alien" life, which just absolutely fascinate me.

The photo is absolutely untouched other then resizing.  The colour of frosting or icing on the wings, hence the name was a glare of the sun on the bee's shiny wings.  I just love the way everything turns out the way it suppose to.  Bees are such hard little workers to collect all the pollen to make all that sweet and delicious honey and I could not help but to add a little more sweetness to this precious little worker by naming it such.

Dimension: High pix. resolution.

Result: A stunning shot that turned out perfectly.
