Inferno

This is an enlarged section from one of my paintings.  There were very many fantastic images that I zoomed in on and could not help but create a few art pieces out off, for printing.

About the painting:  I painted this one in 2001.  The colours are bright and vivid and I see and feel the flames of Inferno, which I titled just that.  "INFERNO"

I enjoy looking at flickering flames, which I find hypnotizing, as I sit by the fire on the summer nights.  I'm equally hypnotized starring in my fireplace on cold winter days.

Dimension: Original is 15" x 18" (38 x 46 cm) on a Canvas Panel.  This section is zoomed in on.  The copy can be enlarged and transferred on a canvas of various sizes.

Choice of my colour palette: Throughout the entire painting I used many rich and vibrant colours.  In this specific section I zoomed in on the colours of fire and heat.  I see rage and fury, just like the passionate and heated moment mankind can feel.

Result: A dark and furious portrait of perhaps the Devil himself.

"Passion and even fury is what we all feel at one point in our lives."  This is the beautiful balance of life and also restoration of the equilibrium within.  Enjoy!

Have fantastic days ahead!
