I have put some photos of this castle on AW before but those were'nt taken in the grounds.I went there again this morning and went into the castle (or whats left of it).Ashby de-la-Zouch castle(Leicestershire UK) is only about a 4 mile drive from home.It was made famous by Walter Scott's book 'Ivanhoe'.A lot of it was destroyed by Cromwell in the English Civil war.
