At the dentist's

On a small Chinese market, somewhere in the province of Yunnan, I saw this dentist busy extracting a tooth from this unfortunate patient, who was obviously suffering from a lot of pain under the treatment. Inconceivable, that this happened in plain public and under the open sky!
