This is a painting of a horse which is on a 20" x 16" canvas Board.I firstly used a base coat of black Gesso then it was painted in oil.

the colours of this piece are beautiful. so muted and yet they let the sheer power and magnificence of the horse to ooze off the canvas. very powerful image. great job.
