Toxic Burning

I'm part of an online exchange where people draw other people's characters. For the June sign up, I got a character called Toxic Burning to draw. 8x10" pencil crayon on illustration board with acrylic paint to darken things up a bit. It looks much nicer in person, the paint parts didn't scan that well. I really found the character inspiring. It's a little homage to Frank Frazetta's "Death Dealer" as well (in case you were wondering that it looks a little familiar!) The character is described as a plague horse. I'm not sure what a plague horse does, but I imagine it would leave a barren path in its wake. In school news, I just have three classes left. Then I'm freeeee!

Wow, It makes a powerful statement Christine

Artist Reply: Thanks Alexis :-) I was thinking of reusing the reference picture and this idea for something else down the road...funny how the ideas come out of the woodwork!
