Israel unites today in the memory of its 22,305 soldiers and victims of terror. The photo was taken on April 22, 2007 at the Alliance High School in Tel-Aviv which lost 43 of its allumnis. I went with my son, Hadar, to the annual memorial ceremony. We are both allumnis of the same school. The moving ceremony unites each year the students, the teachers and the allumnis of the school in the memory of the sons and daughters who gave their lives for our continued existence in our country. 43 wreaths were deposited near the tablet carrying the names of the fallen. May they all be of blessed memory. We shall never forget them!
