Color Spikes

This is a fun abstract design I digitally painted. I loved the way I got the blends of colors to flow, and the happy mood it gives off.

TERRY, THIS IS SUCH A FUN AND VIBRANT PIECE YOU CAN'T HELP BUT LOVE IT, YOUR WORK IS SO BEAUTIFUL IT REALLY WARMS THE HEART. EXCELLENT WORK MY FRIEND

Artist Reply: Thanks Gavin! Sometimes I feel like this painting, just bursting with joy of life. Those moments are ones that inspire me to paint more. The works remind me that life is worth all the times that aren't so good, to enjo the joy even more. I'm glad it got the results you felt. When one of my works does that, it makes my work priceless to me. So many suffer in life that we need to help spread the warmth and joy, as well as express the fears, anger, and pain in our works. Without such expressive works, so many lose out on ways to share themselves with others. I work more with the joyful type art, to help bring a smile to the heart. My own reminder of letting go of the pain. I do occassional works like your current series to let out any built up pain that needs to be let out. It really makes me feel better afterwards to express what I cannot put into words.

Terry don't you know what an amazing museum-sized pic this would make? Just think - 40x60 - the mind boggles - :0)

Artist Reply: LOL! It would surely be one you won't miss and pass by! I may try to do this on a large canvas in the future, only if I can get bright enough colored paints to match it closely. Would be fun to do. I put it on my do it as an oil painting. First, going to take some oil painting classes. Setting up some classes this week.
