WB 80s WIP

Apparently the 80's were missed because that tacky style is back. ick. but for some strange reason I started sketching out this leg/arm-warmer sporting j-pop princess today. weird.

The face shape is nice, but try to add some more dimention to the hands and arms. Weight, not a stick. The stripes on the legs are very suiting. :)
