I painted this after 911...I was beside myself and wanted to express how I felt. John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid" these are the words that sustained me during this time, they inspired the painting from my heart.
