This is a simple piece of a large subject: Mt. Rainer in Washington State. It is such a site to see--snow all year round on top and magnificent in size. Now relocated to NC, the skyline seems 'empty' without this looming presence in the background.

This vision you have painted of Mt. Rainer would fit wonderously in a room having blue hues.....Having seen this mountain many times in my life, you have subtly formed a magestic presence in watercolors!!!
Wonderfully done. I recognized it even without the title. I assume it is you that has relocated to NC and not Mt. Rainer though right?! LOL We would all be kinda lost without it! :)
love that mountain....spend numerious days on it...brings memories back...lovely fine art....
Artist Reply: Oh, Bianca---what we fun had there, too! We would hike and ATV all over that mountain--our guys climbed all over it with lots of crazy and funny memories. Strange how that piece of land was such a huge part of our lives for so long--and now it's reduced to a piece of paper size--but still holds it's huge memories. :)
Thanks for sharing! :)
