My attention to fall foliage (still around in November) was pleasantly diverted by a flock of Canada geese and the cows that I learned are Dutch Belted Cattle, research paid off!

Beautiful photo. It would be very hard to leave country life given your wondeful photographs.

Artist Reply: yes...have considered that...and my wetlands series are taken at a park surrounded by suburban residential and commercial areas; goodness knows there are scads of plants and birds in the LA area!!
