Flower To Marvel Over

This wonderful natural designed flower was found in the gardens of Rose Hill Manor. I was just fascinated with the way it looks, it's color, and the way the bees and butterflies were attracted to them. This is a close up of one of the blooms. I'll post up soon a group shot of them.

Artist Reply: Thank you Tazda! These odd flowers I found out are in the cone variet called Bee Balm. It explains why so many bees were all over them, they loveyed the scent of them.

Interesting shot Terry.. it's certainly one I haven't seen before..:-)

Artist Reply: It's in the cone flower family, and a odd variety of Enchinacea, a cold remedy ingredient. Oddest looking ones I've come across of the cone flowers.
