I like the expressive quality of this portrait. Never! lose that. however, the nose does not fit the symetry of the face. Remember to measure the ratios of the face until you are confident enough to see it without the rudimentary measurements. Study the Dutch masters, and look at people often and pay attention to what you see. After awhile, portraiture will become second nature because you have learned the rules of symetry and assymetry.
