Ted is a character played by Scott Lowell in the series "Queer as Folk." I was drawn by his gaze in the photograph I used for the subject.

Artist Reply: Yes, he is - he's an actor - played a nerdy guy, but incredibly handsome in the photo I drew this from. Had to draw him because of the eyes.
