Grand Canyon, December

Upon arriving at the Grand Canyon, a fog bank had nestled in the canyon making it impossible to see more than 5 feet in front of you. After waiting many hours, the fog cleared for awhile. We were finally able to see the beautiful colors and depth of the canyon.

I have always wanted to be on the edge during a snowstorm... you had quite a vantage point taking this shot... wonderful.

Don't feel too bad... we had to wait for days to see more than a few feet into Bryce Canyon. But when we did, it was well worth the wait!
