In the shadows

This composition is shrouded in mystery. In this abstract composition attention is intensely focussed to explore and feel what it says? It haunts and invites. To some it alludes erotic proximity and to some a warmth of intimate romantic feelings.

Vijay, when I viewed the small icon of this it reminded me of a man with a screaming face, which is quite a compelling image. That may not have been your intention but it's what I saw it this. I really like your gallery, you're making some really great images. You're right, this is both haunting and inviting.

Artist Reply: The charm of abstract composition is that it permits projection of what mind receives and interprets. Different persons see differently; even same person may see it differently in different moods. To me it represented mysterious warmth of intimacy. 'Man screaming' perception is of pathos and fear - equally valid. Abstract art is challenge to our natural desire to know "What is it?".
