From Guernica to Gaza

Usually my art is not political, but watching people being killed in Gaza (and elsewhere), and seeing how the German media (where I live) totally ignores the events (not sure about the numbers, but we are talking more than 40 killed and 5000 wounded), but suddenly the media wakes up talking about the speech that Abbas made, but still ignoring the Gaza boarder events. This made me want to express the events in my art. Unfortunately, before I managed to finish the artwork, the stupid politicians managed to escalate the situation in the region. Sadly "King Crimson" song Epitaph from 1969 still applies today: "The fate of all mankind I see Is in the hands of fools" P.S: The red that is splattering from the boy is not blood, it is flower petals, http://hishamzreiq.com/art_html/Art153.html
