The second in a series of paintings concerning the sanctions that have killed untold thousands over the past decade. they were recently lifted, but serve as a stinging reminder that our priorities were never the Iraqi people, because if they were then we would have never sanctioned soap, children's clothing, toys, ping pong balls, etc...
