This image is taken from a children's book photo. Clocks never talk but we still ask what they say -- but what if a talking baboon asked a clock what time it was and got an answer? ~that is just ridiculous~ The baboon in this professional photo-shoot probably stared into that camera lens while wondering if the photographer was an ancestor or distant uncle.
