La danse dernière /The Last Dance /Der letzte Tanz

This work is not intended as an allegory, as in the case of Danse Macabre (Der Totentanz), but does combine elements of such thoughts with the presence of a mythical creature - the Hellhound (ein Sagenwesen, der Höllenhund) - which heralds the inexorable, final push towards universal atrophy. An original work,90cm x 60 cm on heavyweight, archival, etching paper.
