The tramp

As a kid, when a railway carriage was delivered in the evening in the factory my dad used to work, he took me with him. Big sensation for a kid. Later I realised I admired the swan-song of the old steamers. Once trailing goods around whole the country, than in the fifties, hardly kept in repair, reduced and used up as servant for small errands and shunt-work. Image size: 260 x 360 mm
