I am taking a much needed break from creating snowy weather art, even though we have about 4 inches of snow on the ground where I live in Baltimore, Maryland. So now I think ahead to the months of March and April when a lot of us will be experiencing very windy and very rainy weather conditions, and those upcoming weather forecasts are the inspiration for my artwork showing a person bravely embracing being out in both very rainy and very windy weather. I used the Paint program on my computer to produce my artwork.
