The project is a residential community beside Dongli Lake in Tianjin, a coastal city. The architectural design borrowed the residential characteristics in England, as the North Temperate Zone humid monsoon climate in Tianjin is similar to some degree to the North Temperate Zone oceanic climate in English cities. The duplex house design also didn't use the same languages in the two units in the building, so as to make the entire building look like a large single family house that is more luxury. This rendering adopted realistic style digital paintings and heightened living atmosphere, thus fully expressing the graceful, noble, peaceful, elegant, and warm characters of classical English residences. The project is under construction.
