Artist Reply: Thanks! This area is the spot where when we pulled over and got out of the car to get a chance to look around a bit.... And as I walked a small distance down that path all of a sudden I had INTENSE sensation of 'coming home to myself for the first time in my life'... (Polly's Cove which is in the Peggy's Cove Preservation area just outside of Halifax, Nova Scotia). That is why I named it My Avalon. The first time we went there was less than a month after an extremely 'close' friend committed suicide. This Place helped to put me back together again.
