This is a colorful acrylic version of this idea. The other, the original, is on paper. This is on stretched canvas with wrapped sides. No staples showing. Image area is 12 by 12 inches. It's a square foot of destiny as rendered by Original Jones Art. as he sits on the playing field in northwest Austin, Texas.

The colors and portrait is done very well!

Artist Reply: The original was a sketch I did at a staff meeting some years back. I then did a version on paper and this is the acrylic painting version. Sometimes if I like an image I'll do several versions. Munch did four versions of 'The Scream' before he was done with it. Two paintings and two pastels, I believe. :)

Very nice work...Outstanding talent....

Artist Reply: Thanks so much, Patty. I don't think either of us really embraces the time in which we live. You appear to gravitate towards what some might consider a 'simpler time' and I attempt to step out of this time-line altogether and project an alternative reality. Either way, we do it to our own personal satisfaction---which is as it should be. :)

Artist Reply: I didn't thank you at the time of your comment, Eric, but thought I would do so now. I hope you are doing great creative work in your usual unique style. :)
