Good angle and I like the panoramic view you have created, good perspective created by the angle. It is a good start of a impressionistic painting, I say the because I think it needs some more definition between the dark and lights in the colors, needs more variation, some seperation, contrast in the hues between the different areas ( foreground, middleground, background) of the colors. to me a very good start.
