Fields of gold

Yesterday was long ago…
when once I walked through untouched fields
enjoying mother nature
and the colors that it brings
I’ve been looking sometimes closer
for the beauty that I found
and listened to the birds
with all their songs and pretty sounds
the pictures that you see here
I could take them home alive
but I left them there to grow
so also next year they survive
