Artist Reply: Thank you, Ginger! I thought it would be a novel, yet graphic way of showing one of the effects of the power blackout we had at out place on the evening of the 1st day of July.
Artist Reply: Thank you. Sitting in the dark while waiting to be evacuated was quite spooky, but the staff and firefighters were wonderful! They gave us water, pop, and ice cream! Friends from church took me to friends who were better able to help me than they were and I spent Sunday night with them.
