I would agree that as an agent working in Villamartin on the Orihuela Costa that it does seem bueisr than last year. I think every agent is working hard to obtain a sale but everyone is having to cut their margains to obtain a sale and work harder in finding a buyer.Clearly the banks have a lot of properties and are offering some favorable deals on the face of it.I am sure this has contributed to the increase in the number of sales so far this year.At first glance it would appear the banks have a huge selection of really low prices/bargains but these cheap properties are not in what one would call prime locations or in a good condition. Personally I don't see the attraction in this sort of property when there are good resale properties in good areas which actually offer better value.I do however see the Costa Blanca offering an excellent opportunity for investors to obtain really good quality properties which are furnished and very rentable either for holiday lets or long term rentals. Or for the anyone who has dreamed of owning a property in the sun it is now easier and cheaper than it has been for many a year.
