Traditions Zuid Beveland

I live in the country site at the Dutch delta in the province of Zeeland.
There were land was gained from the water, sometimes the water.
took back the land. Where I live the water swallowed in 1953 a lot of
victims. In the weapon shield this province has a Lion inside the water.
On the banner is written, “Luctor et Emergo” which means:
“I struggle and get up again”. Tradition is something the elder people still
cherish and a lot of older people still ware their traditional clothes.
Last weekend was a traditional market, with people who worn their
tomorrow, yesterday and some even the trade of those ages ago.
Their head ware is silver or gold and their necklaces made of red coral.
Farmers went from this countryside to the United States for agriculture.
You can find all pictures of the clothing inside my gallery map: Zeeland.

Aqua1955
