The Ruby slipper 9 x 12 Graphite pencils/Color pencil

Completed for the Enchanted Visions monthly theme ...I think i just made the deadline ;)

I was working on it all day yesterday and added finishing touches today :)

I was thinking a lot of The Red Shoes a fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen when i was working on this and went with a pair of enchanted crimson ballet slippers ;)

Anyone who read the red shoes knows it a very sad and some may describe it a bit morbid/scary story but with great lesson.

Story about a young girl who gets a pair of beautiful red shoes she can't stop dancing in them in the end she becomes very unhappy and goes to great lengths to remove them.
