DEREK PAUL - Ojibway Artist - Anishnabe Artist

Hoka Hai I am a 43 yr old Ojibway/Dene blood. I spent most of my life in Thunder Bay On. on the north shore of Lake Superior. My mother is from the Pic River First Nation Heron Bay On. My father is from the English River First Nation Patuanak Sask. I spent time at both places, learning how to live the Good Life in respect to the land, The Bush which is where I spent many a day. I have a very creative mind. Painting is a way to release this energy. I have always painted. It gives me great pleasure to create, taking a blank canvass and let the colors flow off my brush. The end result at times have left me in awe... a major reason, another reason is when people do a double- take when looking at my art it is a very nice feeling. CHI, MEEGWICH !!! (Thank you, very much !!!) "ALL MY RELATIONS" DEREK PAUL - Ojibway Artist - Anishnabe Artist - 04/25/2011 - - http://derek-paul-artist-ojibway.tripod.com

very creative, colorful, meaningful, and artistically beautiful. Your granny, Catharine Paul is the source of this creativeness. Your uncles Simon Paul and Marius Paul are also endowed with this talent. Now that you have found your road, travel humbly on that route..Ralph paul, Chief ERFN in Patuanak, sask
