The Los Lobos Mariachi Band came out of the local Denny's to stare in speechless dismay at their 1972 Dodge panel van. Gone were their sombreros, guitars, fiddles and trumpet...their guacamole green beaded vests....even their maracas. All that was left were incriminating dog prints on the orange shag rug and half of a slobber-covered dog buscuit on the running board. And you thought only chihuahuas were into mariachi music. Original 6 x 6 gallery-wrapped mini painting in the private collection of S. Cannon.
