FIRST OF ALL I LOVE THE COLORS AND THE COMPOSITION. AS TO THE MEANING: THE FIGURES IN THE BACKGROUND REPRESENTS TIME PASSING BY BY THE WOMAN STANDING IS WAITING FOR LOVE.
