David was born in Seattle and now lives in Roseburg , Oregon. He has taught painting for more than 50 years and has had over 5,000 students. His books on learning to paint are available as well as his artwork. David was featured in the Southwest Art Magazine and was listed in the top 700 Contemporary Western Artists Book.
