Surrealism and the Landscape is my theme.

I am influenced by sci-fi/fantasy and surrealism but I also consider myself a landscape painter. I am often inspired by 'mind-scape' music, such as prog rock, new age, classical, psychedelic and medieval music.

I was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan but I have lived in Florida most of my life. I was a painting major at the University of South Florida from 1977-1981. I worked for my father at Design/Art, a commercial art studio afterwards until 2001. I started to seriously pursue painting in 1999 and I have exhibited my work in various galleries throughout the Tampa Bay area, with modest success. I hope to sell my work on the internet, if possible.
