Living in the desert southwest, surrounded by the natural beauty of the environment has been a major catalyst guiding me to the medium of photography. My passion for horses and art has merged as I continue to follow my muse across dusty deserts and mountain pastures. Horses are magnificent beings and I am honored daily by their presence and willingness to open to humans. My hope is that others will be inspired by their spirit and presence. In closing I would like to include a quote from Minor White, one the the great photographers of our time. "No matter how slow the film, Spirit always stands still long enough for the photographer it has chosen."
