The next 2 weekends I participate in annual event in my town "WEEKEND OF ART ".As every year I will show work in all kinds of medias I work with. Here you can view the catalogue arranged by the organizers of the exhibitions. About 100 artists or more will take part of this event. (I'm on number 39, if you still didn't notice)

The last few month were very hectic ...demanding in my personal and professional life ...More the the usual ,I guess :-) Around May 07, perhaps a little before, I began working for one artist exhibition ,using Felt making technique as only media for this planned exhibition. Very soon after late May, I visited London, England.
In London I took... :-)...perhaps 1600-1800 photos, not sure about the number ;-) during 7 days of our trip.
I came tired and ill from the trip...and had no time to even check or view well my photos.
I simply went back to my work at the studio...and my work as a mother too :-) to my 2 kids, that need my attention in many ways... I thought then to post few photos from our trip in my blog at least,but simply could not find the time to do so. The last almost 2 month my kids were in Summer vacation...that means a lot of activities..especially with Yarin...like movies :-) each Thursday ...No doubt we saw ALL Movies possible here for kids...And...Swimming lessons for Yarin, twice a week...AND..More guitar lessons and Summer workshops for Saar...AND...Friends coming here...or me as taxi driver taking my kids around :-))... Of course homework a bit...reading...All the usual work at home...AND...JUST BETWEEN,As much as I could working at my studio,or at the living room at home...getting ready for my exhibitions...coming so soon,next weekend actually...:-) Almost at the same time my kids go back to school...I'll have my Open - studio exhibition.The kids starts school at September 2nd...and I;m having at the Aug 31,07 - Sep 1,07 exhibition.
Of course there are things must be done before they go back to school...Here you can view Yarin's books for the next year...All warped in nylon by now ,and a sticker with details like name etc..are there already in the right drawer.( No need to mention that of course I arranged Saar's books as well meanwhile :-)
SO...THE COMING WEEK WILL BE EXTRA BUSY FOR SURE :-)...see you in the nest post here at my blog very soon...Thanks for visiting and reading...

7,7,07 Caesarea.I visited a lot of times in Caesarea and I simply love this ancient place..I must say, this was the perfect time to come...in the most wonderful weather..Usually its too cold near the sea...Perhaps its the first time I visit there,in this season.Just before sunset,MYSELF.

On Thursday 5:30 p.m , I was at the celebration of "SHAVUOT" At my son Yarin's school.Usually I don't remember in Shavuot rain here in Israel,but quite surprisingly,it was raining during the celebration...Definitely blessing rain :-))..Although people here don't used to rainy weather especially not in May,and particularly not in outside celebrations :-)...So..I took few shots under the umbrella...Perhaps to make me get used to the idea that next week I'll be in London and might need to use the umbrella :-)
Shavuot, the Feast of the Weeks, is the Jewish holiday celebrating the harvest season in Israel. Shavuot, which means "weeks", refers to the timing of the festival which is held exactly 7 weeks after Passover. We all had to give the kids what we call the "TENE",This basket always decorated with flowers and also first fruits and vegetables...this time..we had to arrange only the flowers for this Shavuot celebration.SO...I took some flowers from the studio's jungle and arranged for him a short time before we went to school.The minute Yarin saw the basket..he asked me.." mother what did you do a forest ?...it supposed to be a "TENE"..?.." :-)..I said of course it is a TENE !! :-)) Decorated just for YOU :-). His teacher saw him when he came and smiled :" what a beautiful TENE You have Yarini :-)"..and he smiled and so proudly he said..."mother did this for me "....So after all IT IS A TENE !! :-)
wELL...I must say Yarin was very disturb from few very tiny ants......I had to take away from there 2 ants :-))..REALLY :-)...Otherwise he could not sit there..true :-)!!...but it seems to me that this girl enjoy the ants.........mmnnnnnn..forgot to say, while I arrange for him the basket with the flowers he said to me quite assertively...Let there be NOT any bugs on it...last year,he found one ;-)...So i said...sometimes they fly after the arrangements...................you know :-)
And...at last they dance with their "TENE" - Basket :-)... Hope you enjoy my post for Shavuot that will be next Tuesday...I will be in London for a vacation...Happy Shavuot to ALL...!!

Yesterday around this time... 9:30 p.m ,my very best girlfriend during so many years got married :-)...YES Roniti...she's part of my life since 1980,we used to sit together at high school.She is like the sister I never had.We are very close to each other ,soul girlfriends...support each other in every subject we can... ...Somehow I feel those who read and view my blog wishes to see the happy couple :-)...SO... ...here is one photo......With ALL my LOVE to Ronit and her fresh husband,Mickey...I think they look so wonderful together... :-))
