Wacky take on Chinese Horoscopes with the Ox depicted as Super Ox standing on the Oxo tower building in London. He has ripped off the "O" to make it the Ox Tower hence the line through the O in the title. A cart says he would be lost without him. Ordinary ox looks up to him (literally) and Foxy Ox is the girl ox.
